New Poker Magazine Aimed at Women |

Being that women constitute
one of the fastest growing sectors among poker players today, it seems
fitting that the ladies should get a poker magazine all of their own. Woman
Poker Player joins the ranks of lifestyle publications aimed at the poker
community, which continue to pop up on a regular basis. This magazine,
however, holds its own among the others, in that Woman Poker Player
approaches the game from a woman's perspective. Content included in the
magazine includes profiles of female poker players, inside strategy tips
from a mathematical angle, tournament coverage, and even fashion and
wellness tips with a poker twist. Woman Poker Player was founded by professional poker player Barbara Enright, who also serves as the magazine's editor-in-chief. As the first and only woman to reach the final table at the World Series of Poker's main event, she certainly commands authority on the subject of poker. The magazine debuts its first issue in April and will include features such as tips for playing poker with men.
