Residents are laying all their money out on the Texas Holdem poker table
today...but it`s all to help area children..
Mike Caro...the "Mad Genius of Poker...was in Joplin today for a charity
poker game..
The Jack Webb convention center played host to Southwest Missouri`s
largest no-limit holdem charity event...
Money from the games will go to benefit area children through the Make A
Difference Handicap Riders Association.
Caro says its great to be in his hometown giving poker players good
tips.
Before the game Mike Caro held a seminar to teach players how to play
Texas holdem...
The top male and female each recieved a prize package including
2-thousand dollars, plus a free trip for two to the Gold Strike Casino
