Finally....AFTER numerous "money finishers" in pokerstars 3 and 5 dollar multi tables tourneys which get around 1000-1200 people in them...I made an impact tonight...Making the final table..I was in the chip top 20 for almost entire tourney...I lost a crunch hand when i sacraficed 60% of my chip stack on a suited big slick...When i was up against KK and another King flop..i was basically fked unless i caught two runners for a straight which didnt happen lol .....So i was crippled down to 14th with 18 players.......Then next hand i get pocket 10s...I was hanging around to just finish without making an impact so i pushed my last 60k in with it......and was up against big slick this time but my 10s held up and i doubled up...
Getting sick of crappy hands, but patience and luck from the big stack when a low stacks pocket 10s got smush by a 97 offsuit when 2 7s flopped, meant i made the final table... The chip leader was on 500k...i was a pitiful short stack at 70k......hot favourite to end out in 9th... and take 68 dollars with me for 4 housr work..But no i stuck around..let them kill each other with some extremely poor playing.......Evenutally doubling up with AQ...then again with pocket 10s.......Put me in with a real shot.........I moved into 3rd...and let the big stacks work on the shorties and before i knew it..Was 3 of us left........my stack widdled with bad community cards...and i was eventually pushed all in with KJ...And up against with AQ...............but i hit a jack on flop and looked good but nope a queen turned and i finished in 3rd....out of 1448 players..and netted 400 bux for nights worth.
