The sets of rules I've reviewed explain hold 'em, and they explain blinds, and they say blinds are "usually" or "typically" used in hold 'em. But it's not clear whether blinds MUST be used in hold 'em.
you can make up any game you want but without blinds it wont be Hold Em. played without blinds the game would be extremely boring with good players and bad players would get creamed fater than they already are.
