The gaming club has a deal where if you play a couple hours a day in the ring games(50 raked hands), they let you play three 1k freerolls per day. Yeah that's not much cash, but it's a good place for a tourney novice like me.
I decided to take on a second game this week. I spent almost 3 years playing two games at once, but fould my results better in just one. So I decided to give my main limit game 90% of my attention and just play the cards at a lower limit on another site. The idea is to get the bonuses at other sites without screwing up my main game. If my results fall off at my main game, I will put a quick end to this experiment. The other reason I want to play a second game is to use pokertracker, which analyzes hand historys and identifys leaks, ect. I had an old computer with limited memory, but this week I bought a new laptop so I will be getting pokertracker.
Thurs: I won just two big pots in 3 hours and finished ahead 50.
Fri: Started with a nice rush +700 then I get outdrawn over and over and I'm back to even. I win a single hand in two hours, then I hit a set over set and have a KK hold up to finish +303.
Sat: One of the few days where I don't get outdrawn at all. I had one hand that is revenge kind of hand for all those 2 out chasers: I raise JJ in late position, button and blind call.

The button has 99 and we cap the turn and two bet the river. Drawing slim and got there.+816.
Sun: I'm in a game with someone who will drop his 800 buy-in and is playing about 60% of his hands, but against me he is golden. I watched someone call 4 bets preflop with A2off to beat my cowboys. I sometimes want to know if those people actually wonder why they lose.-300
Mon: My wife and I went to Pensacola Beach for the first time to swim in the Gulf. It was very nice the water was perfect. The waves were pretty high and it was fun splashing around out there. Then, as fate would have it, it started raining. I thought to myself...is this even remotely fair?
There was a tear under my fine mirrored Oakleys. I was filled with contempt. I cursed the Gods for taking a leak on that beach on that day. Then I cursed myself. Then I drove home.
I picked up another 611 in about 5 hours. I had another semibluff work against a crowd. I'm in the BB with A7s and a loose raiser had raised a limper, sb calls, I call, limper calls.
Flop: Ks 3c Ts
SB bets, I raise, limper and raiser fold.
Turn: 5c SB checks, I bet and I get lucky and he folds.
Tues: I pick up 50 bucks at intercasino for playing 300 hands on my second game. I keep hitting sets at my main game and getting paid off. +362. Went to the Grand with the guy from work but didn't play as they canceled the tourney.
Wed: My laptop came in today. I immediately start to burn some CD's since this is the first time I've had this ability. Kind of weird. I need to buy a mouse for it as my desktop's won't work on it. I also tested it out by downloading some porn and eureka!
I played one of the gamingclub 1k freerolls and finished in the money for the first time in a NL multi. Of course "the money" is used very loosly as it was 4 bucks. I was still hitting flops at the 10-20 and I finished up 754, finishing the week a decent 2596 for what I think is my second best week this year.
