Texas Holdem for Advanced Players by Skylansky is a must read...it has a much more liberal, reasonable hand chart...details prefolp cards you should playin what position...and gives great post flop advice...cocky players taht are dead money should be ignored, but if other dead money stops playing as a result, you might have to tell him to knock it off or you won't invite him to play anymore, and tell him the reason is that he is upsetting other players "with his loud talk and superior play"...
